We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Journelle pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place your unworn items with all original designer tags and hygienic liners intact into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
